Se utiliza sobre todo para la adhesi\u00f3n, pero los productos con ingredientes alerg\u00e9nicos conocidos deben utilizarse de forma correcta y segura, es decir, sin contacto con la piel y con un curado adecuado. Desarrollar una alergia a este, as\u00ed como a otros mon\u00f3meros, tiene otras implicaciones, ya que se utilizan en procedimientos dentales y ortop\u00e9dicos.
