Pero llega el momento en que quieres cambiar de marca o a\u00f1adir una nueva marca. \u00bfO quiz\u00e1s tu marca favorita ha lanzado un nuevo producto que cumple una funci\u00f3n diferente? \u00bfSimplemente lo compras y empiezas a usarlo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bueno, la respuesta m\u00e1s importante aqu\u00ed es NO, no lo est\u00e1s. Perm\u00edteme explicarte por qu\u00e9 y las dos cosas que necesitas hacer para asegurarte de que est\u00e1s brindando a tus clientes el mejor servicio posible (\u00a1y evitarles cualquier problema!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos sabemos que hay much\u00edsimas marcas que compran productos \u2018listos para usar\u2019. Estos son productos que ya est\u00e1n formulados y disponibles para la marca en su propio empaque, pero que, en esencia, son el mismo producto en una botella, tarrina o tubo diferente, y quiz\u00e1s con una gama de colores distinta (tambi\u00e9n conocido como marca blanca). Incluso este tipo de marca puede tener formulaciones diferentes a otras, ya que existen muchas disponibles. Algunas m\u00e1s caras que otras. No me voy a enfocar en estas, PERO si tienen un buen programa educativo con educadores experimentados, lo siguiente se aplicar\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay muchas marcas de calidad en el mercado que investigan por su cuenta, quiz\u00e1 tengan sus propias f\u00f3rmulas y, tal vez, incluso su propio laboratorio y qu\u00edmicos. En general, son las que lanzan nuevos productos y no solo una nueva gama de colores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9rase una vez en la industria, cuando las marcas solo vend\u00edan a profesionales calificados y probados, no se pod\u00eda comprar una nueva gama a menos que se hubiera realizado un curso de \u2018conversi\u00f3n\u2019. Este es\/era un curso corto y econ\u00f3mico que explicaba la ciencia detr\u00e1s de la gama, sus caracter\u00edsticas, c\u00f3mo usarla de manera efectiva y mucho m\u00e1s. La industria ha evolucionado hasta un punto en el que esto ya no es la norma. \u00a1Es una evoluci\u00f3n que no ha ayudado en absoluto a la industria!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin importar qu\u00e9 tan buena (o qu\u00e9 tan mala, para el caso) haya sido tu capacitaci\u00f3n inicial, esta carrera pertenece a la categor\u00eda de \u2018aprendizaje de por vida\u2019. Nadie puede saberlo todo. Nadie tiene tanta experiencia como para que no haya algo m\u00e1s que aprender. Cuantos m\u00e1s buenos educadores aprendas, MEJOR ser\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada marca de buena calidad tendr\u00e1 sus propias caracter\u00edsticas. Por ejemplo: \u00bfse aplica el color \u2018flotando\u2019 o se usan m\u00faltiples trazos; qu\u00e9 tipo de \u2018manipulaci\u00f3n\u2019 se necesita para el gel UV; la proporci\u00f3n de secado medio para L&amp;P es la base, pero \u00bfnecesitan estos colores estar un poco m\u00e1s h\u00famedos; c\u00f3mo se puede resolver una u\u00f1a \u2018problem\u00e1tica\u2019. Y as\u00ed sucesivamente. Si no comprendes estas caracter\u00edsticas, entonces no obtendr\u00e1s lo mejor de la marca y lo mejor para tus clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soluci\u00f3n es doble:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Invierte en un curso de conversi\u00f3n (las mejores marcas los tendr\u00e1n disponibles ya que QUIEREN el mejor rendimiento de sus productos) No deber\u00eda ser muy caro y ser\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n invaluable para ti.<\/li><li>\u00a1No compres una marca nueva\/un producto nuevo y lo uses de inmediato en los clientes! Pru\u00e9balo en ti, en tus amigos, en clientes habituales que est\u00e9n contentos de ser \u2018conejillos de indias\u2019 quiz\u00e1s con un descuento. Cada cliente es un individuo y reaccionar\u00e1 de manera diferente a los productos.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Comete tus errores antes de que est\u00e9 en tu men\u00fa!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No importa cu\u00e1nta experiencia tengas, \u00a1comprender las caracter\u00edsticas de una marca te salvar\u00e1 a largo plazo! \u00bfQui\u00e9n necesita quejas de los clientes? S\u00ed, tal vez sea 1 de cada 10, \u00a1pero ese 1 es uno de m\u00e1s!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si te has formado en la marca y tienen una buena educaci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n al cliente, ser\u00e1n el primer puerto de escala para ayudarte a resolver el problema. CADA cliente es diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1\u00daltima palabra: se usaron sistemas COMBINADOS! \u00a1No compres una marca nueva de gel UV y uses tu l\u00e1mpara UV de otra marca!
