{"id":37634,"date":"2021-08-06T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-08-06T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nailknowledge.org\/?p=37634"},"modified":"2021-08-05T08:04:56","modified_gmt":"2021-08-05T08:04:56","slug":"un-paso-en-la-buena-direccion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nailknowledge.org\/es\/blog\/a-step-in-the-right-direction","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfUn paso en la buena direcci\u00f3n?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 21 de julio de \u201921 el APPG (All Party Parliamentary Group) sobre Belleza, Est\u00e9tica y Bienestar, presidido por Carolyn Harris MP y Judith Cummins MP, public\u00f3 su informe final sobre Botox, rellenos y otros tratamientos cosm\u00e9ticos no quir\u00fargicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los diputados iniciaron una investigaci\u00f3n de un a\u00f1o de duraci\u00f3n a ra\u00edz de la explosi\u00f3n de popularidad y disponibilidad de estos tratamientos. Les preocupaba que en la actualidad cualquiera pueda llevar a cabo cualquier tratamiento, con m\u00ednimas restricciones legales sobre qui\u00e9n puede ofrecerlos o qu\u00e9 cualificaciones debe tener para hacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al igual que ocurre con muchos otros servicios y tratamientos de belleza y manicura, no existe un marco jur\u00eddico que regule las normas y los niveles de formaci\u00f3n exigidos. Esto puede poner en peligro a los consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n con este tema ampliamente debatido, el Grupo concluy\u00f3 con 17 recomendaciones para que el Gobierno colme esta laguna normativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 esta informaci\u00f3n en un Blog de NailKnowledge? En una encuesta realizada este a\u00f1o por la Federaci\u00f3n de Profesionales de U\u00f1as, 97% creen que el Gobierno no se toma en serio el sector de las u\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de haber estado involucrado en muchas discusiones con BEIS (Departamento de Negocios, Energ\u00eda y Estrategia Industrial) y muchas asociaciones con respecto a los cierres, las directrices espec\u00edficas del sector y los calendarios de reapertura, me complace informar que ahora hay un nuevo equipo dentro de BEIS para Servicios de Cuidado Personal. \u00a1\u00a1Esos somos nosotros!! Antes est\u00e1bamos dentro de \u2018hosteler\u00eda\u2019 y tambi\u00e9n de \u2018comercio minorista\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguramente se habr\u00e1 dado cuenta de que los \u2018salones de manicura\u2019 son ahora reconocidos... El APPG ha abordado e informado sobre el que probablemente sea el m\u00e1s perjudicial de los tratamientos de belleza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas estas mejoras y reconocimientos demuestran que el Gobierno est\u00e1 empezando a tomarse en serio el sector en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2018, el British Beauty Council (formo parte del Consejo Asesor) public\u00f3 un informe muy exhaustivo sobre El valor de la belleza.
