Parte 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Muchas de mis inspiraciones para Blogs vienen de leer posts de FaceBook. Hay un sinf\u00edn de \u2018ensayos\u2019 sobre situaciones espec\u00edficas con clientes que han tenido un problema con sus u\u00f1as. Se astillan, se decoloran, se salen, problemas de alergia, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las profesionales de la manicura acuden a los foros de las redes sociales para pedir ayuda sobre c\u00f3mo abordar toda una serie de problemas. Muchas de las respuestas incluyen comentarios como \u201cdesp\u00eddela\u201d; \u201cno es culpa tuya\u201d; \u201csolo quiere un regalo\u201d.  (Utilizo las palabras \"ella\" y \"su\" porque rara vez es un cliente masculino el que se queja).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay TANTOS temas aqu\u00ed que esta es la Parte 1. La siguiente parte seguir\u00e1 en un tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, hablemos de \u2018personas\u2019 y educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Somos una industria de servicios. Tratamos con \u2018personas\u2019. Hay mucha gente encantadora que utiliza los servicios de u\u00f1as. Pero no todas las clientas son buenas personas. Es una realidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si eliges una carrera en la que tratas con \u2018personas\u2019, tienes que superar el hecho de que no todo el mundo va a ser amable ni honesto. Si vives en un mundo en el que puedes decidir con qui\u00e9n quieres tratar, ya que los ingresos y el \u00e9xito no son una prioridad para ti, entonces puedes \u2018despedir\u2019 a los clientes. \u00bfQuiz\u00e1s sea un buen lugar para estar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero, si quieres que tu negocio crezca hasta el punto de que obtengas grandes ingresos y quiz\u00e1 llegue el momento de plantearte ampliar o cerrar tus \u2018libros\u2019, entonces tienes que tener la confianza suficiente para tratar con todo tipo de clientes: fabulosos, leales, honestos hasta \u2018tramposos\u2019, deshonestos, que buscan un \u2018regalito\u2019 o simplemente discutidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos de los mensajes que leo no tienen suficiente informaci\u00f3n para dar una opini\u00f3n fundamentada y el resultado son respuestas como \u201cdeshazte de ella\u201d o \u201ces problem\u00e1tica\u201d. Tengo que decir que me parece bastante ofensivo viniendo de un sector \u2018profesional\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1La atenci\u00f3n al cliente es clave! \u00bfC\u00f3mo te sentir\u00edas si tuvieras un problema con una marca y necesitaras un trato justo? \u00bfTe alegrar\u00eda que te dijeran que es culpa tuya o que te \u2018borraran\u2019? (Todos sabemos que hay muchos posts sobre este tema) \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la diferencia?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego llegamos a la educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tienes confianza en tus conocimientos sobre los servicios de u\u00f1as y educas a tus clientas desde el primer d\u00eda, no habr\u00e1 ning\u00fan problema. Si tienes tus propios \u2018t\u00e9rminos y condiciones\u2019 y te ci\u00f1es a ellos, no deber\u00eda haber ning\u00fan problema.
