{"id":40558,"date":"2021-09-17T18:52:22","date_gmt":"2021-09-17T18:52:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nailknowledge.org\/?p=40558"},"modified":"2021-09-17T18:52:23","modified_gmt":"2021-09-17T18:52:23","slug":"rellenar-el-trabajo-de-otros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nailknowledge.org\/es\/blog\/infilling-anothers-work","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfRellenar el trabajo de otro?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Crear una clientela y atraer nuevos clientes a su negocio nunca es tarea f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero necesitamos a esos clientes y, desde luego, no queremos desanimar a nadie a que entre por la puerta. Una de las formas m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de captar clientes nuevos y, en \u00faltima instancia, fieles, es ofrecerles tanto un servicio como una experiencia que nunca hayan tenido antes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando los nuevos clientes vienen de otro sal\u00f3n y nos llaman para pedir ayuda es por lo general porque no est\u00e1n satisfechos con lo que han tenido; tal vez han tenido problemas con el levantamiento, o las u\u00f1as no duran, o sus u\u00f1as simplemente no est\u00e1n bien hechas, tal vez se han utilizado productos baratos ... No importa la raz\u00f3n, nos da esa oportunidad de oro para brillar y darles exactamente lo que quieren y usted tendr\u00e1 un nuevo cliente para toda la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PERO, usted dice: \u201cMe han dicho que no trabaje en las u\u00f1as que se ha hecho otra persona; anular\u00eda mi seguro; implicar\u00eda una retirada y no s\u00e9 lo que se han puesto en las u\u00f1as; tendr\u00eda que enviarlas de vuelta a donde vinieron para que se las retiraran\u201d, etc.  Todo un sinsentido... y adi\u00f3s clienta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No hay ninguna raz\u00f3n en absoluto por la que no deba o no pueda realizar un relleno o un reequilibrado en una clienta que ha estado en otro sal\u00f3n, siempre y cuando, cuando realice la consulta y la preparaci\u00f3n, encuentre las u\u00f1as en muy buen estado y no haya signos de nada que no deba existir. Si est\u00e1n firmemente adheridas, limpias y no han vuelto a crecer m\u00e1s de lo normal para un reequilibrio, ponte manos a la obra y consigue unas u\u00f1as mejores que las que te presentaron, que duren para la clienta y resuelvan sus problemas. Puede que tenga que cambiar algo que ya ten\u00eda, puede que las u\u00f1as tengan que ser m\u00e1s cortas, m\u00e1s finas, m\u00e1s delgadas, estructuradas de forma diferente... \u00a1haga lo que tenga que hacer! Deber\u00edas ser capaz de ver inmediatamente d\u00f3nde est\u00e1n los problemas.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como experto, es a usted a quien hay que escuchar y seguir su consejo, ya que a menudo es un mal diagn\u00f3stico y una mala prescripci\u00f3n que se ha dado de antemano lo que ha provocado los problemas en primer lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero, \u00bfdices que puede haber una diferencia de color o que los productos pueden ser incompatibles? Bueno, puede que haya una diferencia de color, expl\u00edcaselo y dale a la clienta la opci\u00f3n de quit\u00e1rselo si le molesta (lo cual, le explicar\u00e1s, conlleva un coste adicional) o puede que no le importe porque de todas formas quiere un esmalte que disimule cualquier diferencia de color. Seg\u00fan mi experiencia, esto es lo normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfEn cuanto a la incompatibilidad de los productos? Nunca me he encontrado con un producto que no pueda superponerse con \u00e9xito a otra marca siempre que la capa base sea s\u00f3lida, pero hay que usar la cabeza y tomar las decisiones bas\u00e1ndose en lo que se sabe y en lo que se puede ver, y explicar a la clienta lo que puede esperar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debo insistir una vez m\u00e1s en que hacer u\u00f1as bonitas sobre el trabajo de otro t\u00e9cnico puede llevar m\u00e1s tiempo al principio, para preparar y corregir los problemas, y lo m\u00e1s probable es que al principio tengas que cobrar m\u00e1s por este servicio. Despu\u00e9s, las u\u00f1as son suyas y se aplicar\u00e1n los precios normales; esto tambi\u00e9n hay que explic\u00e1rselo a la clienta. Nunca he tenido a nadie que se haya ido porque, se han acercado a ti, porque quieren que les arregles las cosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trabajar con nuevos clientes de otros salones es una de las formas m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles y mejores de aumentar tu cartera de clientes y, al igual que un animal rescatado, esos clientes te ser\u00e1n fieles de por vida si cumples tu parte del trato.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Building a clientele and attracting new clients to your business is never an easy task.
