{"id":42957,"date":"2021-12-10T10:30:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-10T10:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nailknowledge.org\/?p=42957"},"modified":"2021-12-06T18:43:43","modified_gmt":"2021-12-06T18:43:43","slug":"onicomadesis-enfermedad-de-manos-pies-y-boca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nailknowledge.org\/es\/blog\/onychomadesis-hand-foot-and-mouth-disease","title":{"rendered":"Onicomadesis y enfermedad de manos, pies y boca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Como si no oy\u00e9ramos hablar lo suficiente de virus causando problemas en nuestras vidas, ahora tenemos que lidiar con uno m\u00e1s!<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La enfermedad de manos, pies y boca (HFMD) en nuestros ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os es m\u00e1s frecuente en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o.<br>La EMPB est\u00e1 causada por un virus de la familia de los Coxsackievirus (normalmente la variante A16, pero puede estar causada por otras cepas), y es muy contagiosa.<br>Un diagn\u00f3stico puede ser realizado por su M\u00e9dico de cabecera bas\u00e1ndose en los signos y s\u00edntomas presentes, o mediante un cultivo de un hisopado de garganta o una muestra de heces. Se pueden encontrar rastros en las heces hasta 6 semanas despu\u00e9s de la infecci\u00f3n, momento en el cual las u\u00f1as j\u00f3venes ya mostrar\u00e1n signos de onicomadesis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La onicomadesis es la ca\u00edda de las u\u00f1as, que comienza en el pliegue ungueal proximal, y posiblemente es causada por la detenci\u00f3n temporal de la funci\u00f3n de la matriz ungueal. Esto provoca que las c\u00e9lulas de la l\u00e1mina ungueal se liberen de una vez cuando la fiebre disminuye un poco.<br>Lo vemos a menudo en ni\u00f1os que han padecido EMPB. Generalmente se resuelve sin complicaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es imperativo mantener las u\u00f1as limpias \u2013 el jab\u00f3n y el agua son tus amigos aqu\u00ed \u2013 seguido de un aceite de buena calidad.  <br>\u00a1Una l\u00e1mina para u\u00f1as (\u00bfcinta el\u00e1stica para dedos?) se luce aqu\u00ed! Podemos cortarla para adaptarla a esas u\u00f1as de dedos y de pies, y retirarla al final del d\u00eda sin causar ning\u00fan problema. Podemos repetirlo hasta el momento en que podamos recortar la u\u00f1a f\u00e1cilmente.<br>La cinta para u\u00f1as se pega a s\u00ed misma y no a la placa de u\u00f1a da\u00f1ada, es perfecta para ni\u00f1os (y algunos adultos) porque podemos cortarla al tama\u00f1o deseado y se ajusta bien en calcetines y zapatos peque\u00f1os.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la placa de la u\u00f1a suelta est\u00e1 causando un problema, l\u00edmela ligeramente con una lima de esponja y, en unas semanas (unas 6), c\u00f3rtela. <br>El nuevo ya se estaba formando y deber\u00eda aparecer desde abajo, pero no lo cortes demasiado pronto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Por favor, abst\u00e9ngase de usar limas mec\u00e1nicas en las u\u00f1as de las manos o de los pies de un ni\u00f1o, ya que podr\u00edan causar da\u00f1os graves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As though we do not hear enough about viruses causing problems in our lives, now we get to deal with another one!
