Builder products are becoming more and more popular (not always appropriately). What is also becoming more popular are coloured\/opaque builders.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es lo que tambi\u00e9n ocurre con demasiada frecuencia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>allowing clients to keep a coloured coating on for many weeks<\/li><li>using an opaque builder gel or an opaque hard gel and not removing this layer on a very regular basis<\/li><li>como tantos han informado, los s\u00edntomas no deseados pueden aparecer en cuesti\u00f3n de d\u00edas, por no hablar de semanas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 hay que revisar las u\u00f1as? El \u00faltimo punto lo dice todo. <br>If an opaque layer is left on, then you cannot possibly see the nail plate to check that all is well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 deber\u00eda ocurrir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>a UV gel polish is designed to stay on for 2-3 weeks! Not 4,5,6 etc. It is irrelevant that a client may want this! If they do, then they are NOT the right client for this service. Clients need to be educated as to why this is important. One of the issues of some of the most problematical nail coating products is the fact that they usually have a high HEMA content!<br>Many nail pros like this because nail prep doesn\u2019t have be so precis. Additionally, clients like the longevity as it will stick like nothing else! Both of these are far from ideal for the health of the nail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>est\u00e1 bien usar un constructor opaco o gel duro. PERO DEBE quitarlo despu\u00e9s de no m\u00e1s de 3 semanas de uso para comprobarlo.\u00a0<br>The solution to this is to soak off the builder. Or a popular solution is to apply a clear builder or a thin clear coating, then buff or e-file off the opaque layers. The clear layer will allow to check on the health of the nail before reapplying the colour.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>an allergy that is not noticed will just keep getting worse, resulting in horrible and painful conditions and possible loss of the nail plate. It is likely to result in the client not being able to wear any acrylate based coating (all except nail polish). Plus, they will have wider implications with dental and orthopaedic procedures.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Big message: do not ignore checking the health of your clients nail plate and nail bed!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are all aware of the allergy situation.
