Est\u00e1 claro que los ni\u00f1os (sin ideas ni conocimientos preconcebidos) no aprenden todos de la misma manera ni a la misma velocidad. Adem\u00e1s, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 se ense\u00f1an tantas cosas que no tendr\u00e1n ninguna utilidad real en su vida adulta? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no temas como la apertura y el uso de una cuenta bancaria y los presupuestos personales?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lo mismo ocurre con los cursos de u\u00f1as. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every learner is different and learns in a different way from anyone else. Plus why are so many important subjects are missing such as health & safety, budgeting, setting fees, relevant insurance policies, etc? But they always teach how to paint a flower! If their future client base is like me, they will never need a flower design but they will need a good ombre! Of course, nail art is an extra source of income but only for the right client base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por eso todo profesor debe comprender los estilos de aprendizaje y hacer que sus cursos sean absolutamente pertinentes para poner en marcha y dirigir una empresa de \u00e9xito que tenga longevidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A good teacher shows their students where to look but not what to see! Teach them how to find answers and how to \u2018see\u2019!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Teaching adults is very different from teaching children because a child is, mostly, a blank canvas. Adults will have their own ideas and views that may need changing. If wrong ideas and views aren\u2019t convincingly changed, then they will not progress and learn the correct way. Hence the many replies on social media \u201cI\u2019ve done it this way for years and had no problem\u2019! Well, you\u2019ve had no problem because you\u2019ve been lucky! Will you recognize the problem if and when it happens, and know how to put it right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
