Con tanto que se habla en las noticias sobre los profesores y los programas escolares, he estado compar\u00e1ndolo con la educaci\u00f3n en el sector de las u\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Est\u00e1 claro que los ni\u00f1os (sin ideas ni conocimientos preconcebidos) no aprenden todos de la misma manera ni a la misma velocidad. Adem\u00e1s, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 se ense\u00f1an tantas cosas que no tendr\u00e1n ninguna utilidad real en su vida adulta? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no temas como la apertura y el uso de una cuenta bancaria y los presupuestos personales?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo mismo ocurre con los cursos de u\u00f1as. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cada alumno es diferente y aprende de una manera distinta a cualquier otra persona. Adem\u00e1s, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 faltan tantas asignaturas importantes como salud y seguridad, elaboraci\u00f3n de presupuestos, fijaci\u00f3n de precios, p\u00f3lizas de seguro relevantes, etc.? \u00a1Pero siempre ense\u00f1an a pintar una flor! Si su futura base de clientes es como yo, nunca necesitar\u00e1n un dise\u00f1o de flor, \u00a1pero s\u00ed un buen \u00f3mbre! Por supuesto, el arte de u\u00f1as es una fuente adicional de ingresos, pero solo para la base de clientes adecuada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por eso todo profesor debe comprender los estilos de aprendizaje y hacer que sus cursos sean absolutamente pertinentes para poner en marcha y dirigir una empresa de \u00e9xito que tenga longevidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un buen maestro les muestra a sus alumnos d\u00f3nde mirar, pero no qu\u00e9 ver. \u00a1Ens\u00e9\u00f1ales c\u00f3mo encontrar respuestas y c\u00f3mo \u2018ver\u2019!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ense\u00f1ar a adultos es muy diferente a ense\u00f1ar a ni\u00f1os porque un ni\u00f1o es, en su mayor parte, un lienzo en blanco. Los adultos tendr\u00e1n sus propias ideas y puntos de vista que quiz\u00e1s necesiten ser cambiados. Si las ideas y puntos de vista incorrectos no se cambian de manera convincente, entonces no progresar\u00e1n y no aprender\u00e1n la forma correcta. De ah\u00ed las muchas respuestas en las redes sociales: \u201c\u00a1He hecho esto de esta manera durante a\u00f1os y no he tenido ning\u00fan problema!\u2019 Bueno, no has tenido ning\u00fan problema porque has tenido suerte. \u00bfReconocer\u00e1s el problema si sucede y cuando suceda, y sabr\u00e1s c\u00f3mo solucionarlo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una de las primeras cosas que aprend\u00ed en mi formaci\u00f3n como profesora fue a comprender ese diferencial. Lo segundo fueron los estilos de aprendizaje y c\u00f3mo atenderlos a todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La educaci\u00f3n es esencial en el sector de las u\u00f1as, \u00a1pero la educaci\u00f3n correcta lo es a\u00fan m\u00e1s! \u00a1O toda esa ense\u00f1anza tiene que ser eliminada y reiniciada! \u00a1Qu\u00e9 p\u00e9rdida de tiempo para todos!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
