Se trata de la higiene de manos m\u00e9dica antes de usar guantes desechables. Adem\u00e1s, todos los clientes deber\u00edan hacer esto. Es muy f\u00e1cil buscar \u2018pat\u00f3genos bajo las u\u00f1as\u2019 para que se te quiten las ganas de comer tu s\u00e1ndwich. \u00a1Es horrible! Un poco de jab\u00f3n l\u00edquido antibacteriano en un cepillo de u\u00f1as eliminar\u00e1 la mayor parte (\u00a1pero no todo!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hay zonas en las paredes laterales que pueden albergar bacterias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacerlo f\u00e1cil?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>los cepillos de pl\u00e1stico son muy baratos de comprar a semigranel<\/li><li>tener un recipiente con cepillos limpios junto al lavabo<\/li><li>tener un contenedor para los cepillos usados<\/li><li>al final del d\u00eda, con jab\u00f3n l\u00edquido, frote 2 cepillos bajo el grifo para eliminar cualquier resto de suciedad<\/li><li>sumergir en un buen desinfectante y dejar secar toda la noche<\/li><li>coloque los cepillos limpios en el contenedor de \u2018limpios\u2019<\/li><li>tener una breve hoja de instrucciones para los clientes junto al lavabo con el consejo de no cepillarse demasiado fuerte, ya que esto puede romper el <a href=\"https:\/\/nailknowledge.org\/es\/base-de-conocimientos-sobre-unas\/hiponiquio-2\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"64\">hiponiquio<\/a> sellar, causar otro problema, y posiblemente incluso onic\u00f3lisis<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay muchos informes en Internet sobre lo que se encuentra debajo de las u\u00f1as, pero aqu\u00ed hay una lectura r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cil: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/future\/article\/20160622-what-lives-under-your-fingernails\">https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/future\/article\/20160622-what-lives-under-your-fingernails<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Usa cepillos para u\u00f1as! \u00a1No tendr\u00e1s que hurgar para sacar qui\u00e9n sabe qu\u00e9!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Let us think about hand hygiene and nail scrub brushes.
