Hay miles de profesores de servicios de u\u00f1as tanto para marcas como para universidades y miles m\u00e1s que quieren serlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 hace a un profesor del sector de la u\u00f1a?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Pues bien, en el sector de las u\u00f1as, es de suma importancia ser muy h\u00e1bil y estar bien informado en todas las cosas \u2018nails\u2019<\/strong>El aspecto pr\u00e1ctico y de aplicaci\u00f3n (\u00a1hay que hacer que parezca f\u00e1cil!), pero tambi\u00e9n entender y ser experto en lo que hace a un buen profesor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00f3lo el \u2018nails\u2019<\/strong> \u00a1lado NO es suficiente! Hay una psicolog\u00eda de la ense\u00f1anza y tambi\u00e9n hay una psicolog\u00eda diferente del aprendizaje, ya que cada persona aprende de una manera diferente y, como profesor, tienes que asegurarte de que abordas todos los estilos de aprendizaje, tanto si tienes dos alumnos como si tienes doscientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el Reino Unido el requisito b\u00e1sico es una cualificaci\u00f3n AET (Award in Education and Training post 16 years old i.e. adults) En mi opini\u00f3n esto no es suficiente. Se trata de la cualificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s baja (que, por orden de nivel, va de Award a Certificate a Diploma).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El siguiente es un CET (Certificado) es L4<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El siguiente es DET (Diploma) L5<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un CET es totalmente aceptable y bastante s\u00f3lido. DET (Diploma) L5 es una verdadera cualificaci\u00f3n docente, pero bastante larga de conseguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la diferencia entre un profesor y un educador?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Se ha descrito as\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hay una diferencia entre educaci\u00f3n y ense\u00f1anza:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–\u00a0education is a general term that is given to a collection of subjects (art, science, philosophy….)\u00a0while teaching is a practical process that involves humans as dominant actors.
– education is a process while teaching is an occupation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si eres o quieres ser profesor, es tu responsabilidad asegurarte de que todos tus alumnos aprenden correctamente, retienen los conocimientos y los ponen en pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si ha tomado alguna de las Cursos de NailKnowledge<\/a>En el examen final, observar\u00e1 que hay repeticiones y varias formas de describir el mismo conocimiento. Tambi\u00e9n hay muchas comprobaciones de conocimientos y puntos de conocimiento junto con el examen final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esto se debe a que se ha planificado cuidadosamente para cada estilo de aprendizaje. A algunos les gusta leer, a otros escuchar, pero a la mayor\u00eda les gusta experimentar (las animaciones). Tambi\u00e9n es responsabilidad de los profesores comprobar que cada alumno ha aprendido realmente los temas. No basta con proporcionar la informaci\u00f3n en un formato (por ejemplo, un manual) y dejarlo as\u00ed. Hay que comprobar que cada alumno ha aprendido realmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un Certificado de Asistencia carece de sentido, ya que s\u00f3lo significa que has estado all\u00ed (\u00a1quiz\u00e1 con el m\u00f3vil todo el rato!). Mientras que un Certificado de Aprovechamiento significa que te han evaluado y que has aprendido el tema. Mucho m\u00e1s significativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esos bonitos cursos que dan un certificado al final del d\u00eda no tienen ning\u00fan sentido sin alg\u00fan tipo de evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being a teacher is a professional skill and one essential to teach \u2018nails\u2019 properly. You are letting your students down if you do not take this aspect seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No basta con que sepas hacer unas u\u00f1as estupendas. \u00bfEres capaz de desglosar el proceso de aplicaci\u00f3n para que tus alumnos entiendan c\u00f3mo y, sobre todo, por qu\u00e9?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
