Aqu\u00ed hay una posible explicaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 El agua entra directamente en la c\u00e9lula de la placa ungueal a trav\u00e9s de la pared celular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 El aceite no puede penetrar la pared celular y en su lugar se filtra a trav\u00e9s de los espacios restantes entre las c\u00e9lulas de la placa ungueal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El poder protector de los aceites: C\u00f3mo fortalecen tus u\u00f1as secas y partidas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los aceites plastifican la l\u00e1mina ungueal; se mueven mucho m\u00e1s lentamente y se evaporan con menos rapidez. Como resultado, el aceite bloquea tanto las v\u00edas de entrada como de salida del agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resultado son u\u00f1as menos quebradizas, m\u00e1s flexibles, en esencia, m\u00e1s fuertes. Pero, \u00bfy si todo parece normal por lo dem\u00e1s?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desentra\u00f1ar la matriz: C\u00f3mo se forman las c\u00e9lulas de la l\u00e1mina ungueal y por qu\u00e9 importan las imperfecciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esto, necesitamos examinar la matriz donde se producen las c\u00e9lulas de la u\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La matriz produce c\u00e9lulas de la placa ungueal 24 horas al d\u00eda, 7 d\u00edas a la semana. A los 21 a\u00f1os funciona a pleno rendimiento, despu\u00e9s se ralentiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagina una m\u00e1quina de pelotas de tenis escupiendo pelotas de tenis continuamente; as\u00ed funciona la matriz. Si algo no est\u00e1 del todo bien ah\u00ed, las c\u00e9lulas a\u00fan pueden producirse, pero no tan perfectamente como deber\u00edan. Esto crea c\u00e9lulas de la placa ungueal m\u00e1s d\u00e9biles que pueden parecer normales, pero carecen de la fuerza de las c\u00e9lulas de la placa ungueal perfectamente formadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto que hay excepciones. No tienes que ser mayor para tener c\u00e9lulas anormales en la placa ungueal; tambi\u00e9n puede ocurrirle a gente joven si padece psoriasis, liquen plano, alopecia o eccema. Los beb\u00e9s a veces nacen con matrices ungueales que a\u00fan no est\u00e1n completamente formadas, aunque estas se recuperan r\u00e1pidamente despu\u00e9s del nacimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La presi\u00f3n de la placa ungueal: c\u00f3mo las imperfecciones crean surcos y valles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez en el lecho ungueal, la l\u00e1mina ungueal est\u00e1 bajo presi\u00f3n por todos lados: los pliegues laterales, el lecho ungueal y el pliegue ungueal proximal estabilizan la l\u00e1mina ungueal a medida que se mueve a lo largo del lecho ungueal. Despu\u00e9s de unos 5 meses de cuidado intensivo de las u\u00f1as en la <strong>10-5-2023<\/strong> las l\u00e1minas ungueales todav\u00eda tienen surcos (ese es el defecto en la matriz ungueal del que no podemos hacer nada), pero la l\u00e1mina ungueal est\u00e1 entera de nuevo, est\u00e1 en buenas condiciones y ahora la flexibilidad mantiene unidas las c\u00e9lulas de la l\u00e1mina ungueal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Figura 7.<\/strong> A la izquierda, los surcos de la u\u00f1a est\u00e1n secos y hacen que las c\u00e9lulas de la l\u00e1mina ungueal se separen verticalmente, y la l\u00e1mina ungueal no est\u00e1 asentada en la copa del paroniquio como deber\u00eda.
