This is easily accessible and allows people to search for the different jobs they are interested in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel um documento de Estrat\u00e9gia NOS que define a pol\u00edtica geral da NOS. Para ajudar a desenvolver os produtos, h\u00e1 dois documentos, os Crit\u00e9rios de Qualidade NOS e um Guia NOS para Desenvolvedores. Os documentos relevantes est\u00e3o em anexo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O NOS pode ser usado de muitas maneiras diferentes, por exemplo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Os \u00f3rg\u00e3os de premia\u00e7\u00e3o podem criar qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es para treinar pessoas para um trabalho. In the UK the beauty sector NOS are developed by Habia (Hair and Beauty Industry Authority) in conjunction with SkillsActive. They are reviewed every 4-5 years. Sometimes, just a few are reviewed. Other times the review is far more extensive, depending on budgets awarded. This year, the review was huge across all hair, beauty and nails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As NOS s\u00e3o redigidas por um Grupo de Trabalho de Especialistas, o que requer muitas reuni\u00f5es e discuss\u00f5es. Em seguida, elas s\u00e3o organizadas em um formato que seja aceit\u00e1vel para a pol\u00edtica geral (que \u00e9 muito espec\u00edfica para todas as NOS). Depois disso, a vers\u00e3o preliminar da NOS \u00e9 enviada para a mais ampla consulta poss\u00edvel do setor e qualquer pessoa que tenha interesse \u00e9 convidada a comentar. Depois que a vers\u00e3o final \u00e9 conclu\u00edda, ela \u00e9 enviada aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os reguladores para aprova\u00e7\u00e3o final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 um processo muito longo, e a esperan\u00e7a \u00e9 que eles sejam t\u00e3o precisos e relevantes quanto poss\u00edvel, mantendo-se dentro dos par\u00e2metros permitidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the NOS are approved and published it is the job of the Awarding Bodies, e.g., C&amp;G, VTCT, CIBTAC etc. plus many other private training providers, to decide what they want to use for their qualifications and at what Level. These may be for NVQ\u2019s, VRQ\u2019s or specific Certificates and Diplomas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of the Nail Services (21 in all) haven\u2019t been updated since 2015 and the industry has evolved a bit since then. The new version is far more up to date and reflect what is happening commercially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A very important point to mention here is that all \u2018accredited\u2019 i.e., unregulated courses (NVQ\u2019s etc. are regulated) purport to follow the NOS. It is very clear that many don\u2019t! A good example of this is \u2018guided learning hours\u2019. These are decided by the individual Awarding Bodies. So, for example, the Manicure NOS will probably require around 35-45 guided learning hours. These \u2018hours\u2019 include teaching\/learning the vast amount of theory, practical sessions, practice sessions, feedback\/assessments, case studies etc. When some \u2018accredited\u2019 courses are advertised as gaining a \u2018qualification\u2019 in way less than a short day, you can see why these are not \u2018fit for purpose\u2019 and the student is a very long way from being competent.&nbsp; Add other skills to these short days, such as UV gel and L&amp;P, the competency level drops even further!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta \u00e9 uma breve descri\u00e7\u00e3o do que s\u00e3o as NOS, onde elas se encaixam em nosso setor e para que s\u00e3o usadas.
