Eles estavam preocupados com o fato de que, atualmente, qualquer pessoa pode realizar qualquer tratamento, com restri\u00e7\u00f5es legais m\u00ednimas sobre quem pode fornec\u00ea-los ou quais qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es devem ter para faz\u00ea-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como acontece com muitos servi\u00e7os\/tratamentos de beleza e unhas, h\u00e1 uma completa falta de uma estrutura legal de padr\u00f5es e n\u00edveis de educa\u00e7\u00e3o exigidos. Isso pode deixar os consumidores em risco!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o a esse t\u00f3pico amplamente discutido, o Grupo concluiu com 17 recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para que o governo supra essa lacuna regulat\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why is this information in a NailKnowledge Blog? In a survey carried out by The Federation of Nail Professionals this year, 97% believe the Government do not take the nail industry seriously!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having been involved with many discussions involving BEIS (Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy) and many associations regarding lockdowns, sector specific guidelines and reopening schedules, I am happy to report that there is now a brand-new Team within BEIS for Personal Care Services. That\u2019s us!! Previously we were in with \u2018hospitality\u2019 and also \u2018retail\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will probably have noticed that \u2018nail salons\u2019 do now get acknowledged? The APPG have addressed and reported on, what is probably, the most damaging of beauty treatments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos esses aprimoramentos e reconhecimentos realmente mostram que o governo est\u00e1 come\u00e7ando a levar o setor mais amplo a s\u00e9rio!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2018 the British Beauty Council (I am on the Advisory Board) published a very in-depth report on The Value of Beauty. This stated that we are worth \u00a327.2 billion in the UK.
