{"id":40558,"date":"2021-09-17T18:52:22","date_gmt":"2021-09-17T18:52:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nailknowledge.org\/?p=40558"},"modified":"2021-09-17T18:52:23","modified_gmt":"2021-09-17T18:52:23","slug":"preenchimento-do-trabalho-de-outros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nailknowledge.org\/pt\/blog\/infilling-anothers-work","title":{"rendered":"Preencher o trabalho de outra pessoa?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Criar uma clientela e atrair novos clientes para sua empresa nunca \u00e9 uma tarefa f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas precisamos desses clientes, e certamente n\u00e3o queremos desencorajar ningu\u00e9m a entrar pela porta. Uma das maneiras mais f\u00e1ceis de recrutar novos clientes e, por fim, clientes fi\u00e9is, \u00e9 oferecer a eles um servi\u00e7o e uma experi\u00eancia que nunca tiveram antes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando novos clientes v\u00eam de outro sal\u00e3o e nos pedem ajuda, geralmente \u00e9 porque n\u00e3o est\u00e3o satisfeitos com o que tiveram; talvez tenham tido problemas com o levantamento, ou as unhas n\u00e3o duram, ou as unhas simplesmente n\u00e3o est\u00e3o bem feitas, talvez tenham sido usados produtos baratos... N\u00e3o importa o motivo, isso nos d\u00e1 a oportunidade de ouro de brilhar e dar a eles exatamente o que querem, e voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 um novo cliente para toda a vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MAS, voc\u00ea diz: \u201cDisseram-me para n\u00e3o trabalhar nas unhas que outra pessoa fez; isso anular\u00e1 meu seguro; envolver\u00e1 uma remo\u00e7\u00e3o e eu n\u00e3o sei o que ela fez nas unhas; precisarei envi\u00e1-las de volta ao local de origem para remo\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d etc.  Tudo bobagem... e adeus cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o h\u00e1 absolutamente nenhuma raz\u00e3o pela qual voc\u00ea n\u00e3o deva ou n\u00e3o possa fazer um infill ou um rebalanceamento em uma cliente que tenha ido a outro sal\u00e3o, desde que, ao fazer a consulta e a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o, voc\u00ea encontre as unhas em bom estado e sem sinais de algo que n\u00e3o deveria estar acontecendo! Se elas estiverem firmemente fixadas, limpas e sem mais crescimento do que o padr\u00e3o para um rebalanceamento, ent\u00e3o prossiga e produza um conjunto de unhas que seja melhor do que o que lhe foi apresentado e que dure para a cliente e resolva seus problemas. Pode ser que voc\u00ea precise mudar algo que ela tenha feito anteriormente, talvez as unhas precisem ser mais curtas, mais finas, mais delgadas, estruturadas de forma diferente... v\u00e1 em frente e fa\u00e7a o que precisa ser feito! Voc\u00ea deve ser capaz de ver imediatamente onde est\u00e3o os problemas.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como especialista, \u00e9 voc\u00ea quem deve ser ouvido e suas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser seguidas, pois muitas vezes o que causou os problemas foi um diagn\u00f3stico e uma prescri\u00e7\u00e3o ruins que foram dados anteriormente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas, voc\u00ea diz, pode haver uma diferen\u00e7a de cor ou os produtos podem ser incompat\u00edveis? Bem, pode haver uma diferen\u00e7a de cor, explique isso e d\u00ea \u00e0 cliente a op\u00e7\u00e3o de remo\u00e7\u00e3o se isso a incomodar (o que, voc\u00ea explicar\u00e1, envolve um custo suplementar) ou talvez ela n\u00e3o se importe porque quer um polimento de qualquer maneira, o que ocultar\u00e1 qualquer diferen\u00e7a de cor. Isso, em minha experi\u00eancia, \u00e9 a norma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quanto ao fato de os produtos serem incompat\u00edveis? Nunca encontrei um produto que n\u00e3o pudesse ser sobreposto com sucesso a outra marca, desde que a camada de base seja s\u00f3lida, mas voc\u00ea precisa usar a cabe\u00e7a e tomar suas decis\u00f5es com base no que sabe e no que pode ver, e explicar ao cliente o que ele pode esperar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devo enfatizar novamente que fazer unhas bonitas sobre o trabalho de outro t\u00e9cnico pode levar mais tempo no in\u00edcio, a fim de preparar e corrigir problemas, e no in\u00edcio voc\u00ea provavelmente precisar\u00e1 cobrar mais por esse servi\u00e7o. Depois disso, as unhas s\u00e3o suas e os pre\u00e7os normais ser\u00e3o aplicados; isso tamb\u00e9m precisa ser explicado \u00e0 cliente. Nunca vi ningu\u00e9m desistir de um servi\u00e7o porque a pessoa o abordou porque queria que voc\u00ea consertasse as coisas para ela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trabalhar com novos clientes de outros sal\u00f5es \u00e9 uma das maneiras mais f\u00e1ceis e melhores de aumentar sua base de clientes e, como um animal resgatado, esses clientes ser\u00e3o leais a voc\u00ea por toda a vida se voc\u00ea cumprir sua parte do acordo.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Building a clientele and attracting new clients to your business is never an easy task.
