This is easily accessible and allows people to search for the different jobs they are interested in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f3 s\u1eb5n t\u00e0i li\u1ec7u Chi\u1ebfn l\u01b0\u1ee3c NOS n\u00eau r\u00f5 ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch chung cho NOS. \u0110\u1ec3 gi\u00fap ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m, c\u00f3 hai t\u00e0i li\u1ec7u, Ti\u00eau ch\u00ed ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng NOS v\u00e0 H\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn NOS d\u00e0nh cho nh\u00e0 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n. In the UK the beauty sector NOS are developed by Habia (Hair and Beauty Industry Authority) in conjunction with SkillsActive. They are reviewed every 4-5 years. Sometimes, just a few are reviewed. Other times the review is far more extensive, depending on budgets awarded. This year, the review was huge across all hair, beauty and nails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOS \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c vi\u1ebft b\u1edfi m\u1ed9t Nh\u00f3m c\u00f4ng t\u00e1c chuy\u00ean gia, di\u1ec5n ra nhi\u1ec1u cu\u1ed9c h\u1ecdp v\u00e0 th\u1ea3o lu\u1eadn. Sau \u0111\u00f3, ch\u00fang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eafp x\u1ebfp theo \u0111\u1ecbnh d\u1ea1ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ch\u1ea5p nh\u1eadn \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch chung (r\u1ea5t c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 NOS). Sau \u0111\u00f3, b\u1ea3n d\u1ef1 th\u1ea3o NOS \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u01b0a ra \u0111\u1ec3 tham v\u1ea5n r\u1ed9ng r\u00e3i nh\u1ea5t c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 trong ng\u00e0nh v\u00e0 b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 ai quan t\u00e2m \u0111\u1ec1u \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u1eddi b\u00ecnh lu\u1eadn. M\u1ecdi b\u00ecnh lu\u1eadn \u0111\u1ec1u \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xem x\u00e9t v\u00e0 th\u1ea3o lu\u1eadn. Sau khi b\u1ea3n d\u1ef1 th\u1ea3o cu\u1ed1i c\u00f9ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ho\u00e0n th\u00e0nh, ch\u00fang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ec7 tr\u00ecnh l\u00ean c\u00e1c c\u01a1 quan qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00ea duy\u1ec7t cu\u1ed1i c\u00f9ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh r\u1ea5t d\u00e0i v\u00e0 hy v\u1ecdng r\u1eb1ng ch\u00fang s\u1ebd ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c v\u00e0 ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p nh\u1ea5t c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 trong khi v\u1eabn tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 c\u00e1c th\u00f4ng s\u1ed1 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c cho ph\u00e9p.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the NOS are approved and published it is the job of the Awarding Bodies, e.g., C&amp;G, VTCT, CIBTAC etc. plus many other private training providers, to decide what they want to use for their qualifications and at what Level. These may be for NVQ\u2019s, VRQ\u2019s or specific Certificates and Diplomas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of the Nail Services (21 in all) haven\u2019t been updated since 2015 and the industry has evolved a bit since then. The new version is far more up to date and reflect what is happening commercially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A very important point to mention here is that all \u2018accredited\u2019 i.e., unregulated courses (NVQ\u2019s etc. are regulated) purport to follow the NOS. It is very clear that many don\u2019t! A good example of this is \u2018guided learning hours\u2019. These are decided by the individual Awarding Bodies. So, for example, the Manicure NOS will probably require around 35-45 guided learning hours. These \u2018hours\u2019 include teaching\/learning the vast amount of theory, practical sessions, practice sessions, feedback\/assessments, case studies etc. When some \u2018accredited\u2019 courses are advertised as gaining a \u2018qualification\u2019 in way less than a short day, you can see why these are not \u2018fit for purpose\u2019 and the student is a very long way from being competent.&nbsp; Add other skills to these short days, such as UV gel and L&amp;P, the competency level drops even further!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 m\u00f4 t\u1ea3 r\u1ea5t ng\u1eafn g\u1ecdn v\u1ec1 NOS l\u00e0 g\u00ec, ch\u00fang ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang t\u00f4i nh\u01b0 th\u1ebf n\u00e0o v\u00e0 ch\u00fang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ec3 l\u00e0m g\u00ec. N\u1ebfu b\u1ea1n c\u00f3 b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 nghi ng\u1edd n\u00e0o ho\u1eb7c c\u00f3 v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 v\u1ec1 kh\u00f3a h\u1ecdc n\u00e0o b\u1ea1n c\u1ea7n h\u1ecdc, ch\u1ec9 c\u1ea7n xem NOS c\u00f3 li\u00ean quan (li\u00ean k\u1ebft \u1edf tr\u00ean) \u0111\u1ec3 xem b\u1ea1n n\u00ean h\u1ecdc nh\u1eefng g\u00ec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep in mind that the NOS are the MINIMUM standard of what makes an individual \u2018job ready\u2019.
