Hi, I’m Michelle, I’ve been part of the nail and beauty industry for over 27 years, and I still absolutely love what I do! My passion has always been about helping others grow, whether that’s through creating beautiful nails, mentoring new talent, or sharing my experience as an educator.
I’m a Master Educator, Fully Qualified DTLLS Tutor, IQA Assessor, and Level 3 Beauty & Nails Assessor and I’m proud to have taught and inspired so many amazing technicians over the years.
As a UK & Ireland Nail Competition Judge and Professional Beauty Awards Judge, I get to celebrate creativity and excellence within our industry something that never stops inspiring me. I’ve also been honoured to receive multiple awards, including Scratch Stars Educator of the Year 2022 & 2025.
I’m a salon owner and business entrepreneur, passionate about combining artistry with business growth. Whether I’m in the salon, judging, or teaching, my mission is the same: to lift others up and keep pushing our industry forward.
