Can I use my oven to sterilise my tools?

The professional sterilisation method is an autoclave. This uses steam under pressure that is many degrees hotter than boiling water and does a very efficient job

To use an oven would be to use dry heat and this is not efficient. To do this it tools would need to be there at over 100 degrees celsius for over 4 hours!
