Titanium Dioxide, (TiO2) is the naturally occurring compound created when titanium reacts with the oxygen in the air. It is used in a variety of personal care products, including sunscreens, nail polishes, gel polishes, and enhancement products, as a UV filter or a whitening agent, as it is naturally opaque.
