MyNailEra Account Deletion Request
What will be permanently deleted:
- Your profile and personal information
- Learning progress and achievements
- Photos uploaded for feedback
- Chat history with Era (your nail coach)
- App preferences and notification settings
What we retain for legal purposes:
- Payment and subscription transaction records (required for tax compliance – retained for 7 years)
- Record of your acceptance of our Terms of Service
This retention is required by law and applies to all subscription services.
⚠️ This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Request Submitted
We've received your account deletion request. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours.
Your personal data, learning progress, photos and chat history will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Note: Payment and subscription records will be retained for 7 years as required by tax law.
