This is not an accurate term but it relates to coloured polymer powders. These are used in the L&P system to create coloured overlays and nail art including 3D. These are also used in the ‘dip’ systems where a cyanoacrylate or a UV gel is dipped into the coloured polymer powders to provide a coloured coating.
