Cuticle oil is a moisturizing and conditioning product for nails and cuticles. It is most commonly made up of vegetable oils, which absorb better into the nails and skin. However, there are also cuticle oils made from mineral oils, which stay on the skin creating a barrier keeping the existing moisture within.
