"Empecé a entrenar en septiembre utilizando el líquido y polvo sistema. La semana pasada tuve un dolor de cabeza muy fuerte en una zona (ceja izquierda). Si el dolor de cabeza sólo le ocurre cuando trabaja con L&P y no en otras ocasiones, entonces se trata de una posible reacción al producto o al polvo.

Uno de los muchos síntomas de sensibilidad o de alergia son los dolores de cabeza. Mis sugerencias serían trabajar con limpieza y mantener los vapores y el polvo al mínimo (por ejemplo, mantener el monómero líquido tapado cuando no se utilice, cambiar a menudo las toallas de escritorio para eliminar el polvo creado durante el limado, desechar donde se limpie el cepillo a menudo, etc.).

Le sugiero que invierta en un vapor y sistema de extracción de polvo, y téngalo en funcionamiento durante la aplicación y el limado. Trabaje en una zona bien ventilada. Lleve una mascarilla máscara que sea N95 o 99 o FFP2 o 3. Utilice guantes y mangas largas para proteger su piel del polvo.
