¿Qué es la eritroniquia y cuáles son sus causas?

Erythronychia es algo que vemos más a menudo en el salón de manicura o podólogo es un nombre general para un grupo de problemas ungueales que comienzan en la parte distal de la uña. matriz de la unidad de clavos

Eritroniquia es un término que abarca una serie de patrones patológicos de decoloración roja de los tejidos subungueales. La intensidad del rojo contrasta con el rosa pálido del lecho unguealo el color crema del lúnula. Suele deberse a uno o varios factores, entre ellos inflamaciónproliferación de vasos, congestión y adelgazamiento focal de la placa para clavos.

La base patológica o la razón por la que se produce puede ser una de muchas cosas, y corresponde a un especialista médico tomar la decisión. 

Podemos dividir las razones en 3 grupos

  • Tumor dérmico (adjetivo relativo a la piel o dermis) presión
    • Tumor de Glumos (tumor de crecimiento lento, generalmente se encuentra en el lecho ungueal, pero puede estar en la yema del dedo o en algún lugar de la unidad de la uña del pie). 
    • Tumor vascular (tumor de crecimiento rápido formado a partir de vasos sanguíneos o linfáticos)
  • Matriz 
    • Epidermis enfermedad 
      • Enfermedad de Darlier (un tipo de queratosis)
      • Displasia (crecimiento celular anormal) 
      • Posible infección vírica (o verruga)
  • Placa ungueal con surco ventral
    • El lecho ungueal se hincha en la ranura de la placa ungueal con el compromiso capilar y hemorragia
    • Placa ungueal adelgazada que se desintegra distalmente 
    • Lecho ungueal distal expuesto 
    • Generación de células gigantes multinucleadas (mutación, engrosamiento) y queratosis protuberante 

¿A quién afecta?

Cualquiera.

¿Cómo pueden ayudar los técnicos de uñas?

Existe una contraindicación para la aplicación de todos los productos para uñas artificiales hasta que un médico haya realizado un diagnóstico. 
Si el facultativo da luz verde, se puede realizar un técnico de uñas puede corregirlo cosméticamente aplicando un revestimiento.
Sin embargo, a veces son necesarias pequeñas intervenciones quirúrgicas para corregir el problema.

Erythronychia
Este ejemplo muestra la inflamación del lecho ungueal en el surco de la placa ungueal (flechas azules) con compromiso capilar y hemorragia (flechas amarillas), posiblemente causada por un virus infección, en este caso, una verruga. Las flechas rosas muestran las 2 raíces de la verruga (no diagnosticada en la imagen). Este diagnóstico fue confirmado por el dermatólogo.
