¿Practicar conmigo mismo y quitarme fácilmente?

You can put some oil on your nails. Then any revestimiento will pop off. Or, most high street chemists sell nail guards (clear stickers) that do a similar thing.

However, if you are practicing application and estructura, you are probably better off using a plastic hand or finger. Some of the most important practice is placa para clavos prep and good adhesion which only a real nail will provide. (Even a rubber glove filled with sand will work!)
