What is a dry manicure?

This is an alternative to a wet manicure that has more beneficial effects or, at least, no adverse effects.

A water soak is used to soften the cuticle and proximal nail fold for east of removal of the cuticle and gently asking back the proximal nail fold. But, it doe shave the adverse effect of swelling the nail plate as it soaks up the water.

There are many very efficient products that can produce this softening effect without adversely affecting the nail plate.

This is where a water soak is not used but, instead, cuticle and skin softening products. The effect on the skin is just as efficient but only has beneficial effects on the nail plate.

A much more sensible approach
