Can Nail Polish be Organic?

There are no organic nail polishes on the market today. For this to be claimed it would need to be certified by one of the many accredited organisations e.g. The Soil Association or ECOCERT

Brands claiming this are deceptively misleading! It is misleading as nail polishes and, indeed, all nail coating products are organic but in the context of a chemical description and the opposite to inorganic. This has nothing to do with the inferred meaning of organic and ‘natural’ and ‘certified organic’.

Nail polish is one of the safest cosmetic products on the market so do not be deceived nor misled. Buyer Beware!
